If you’re not already collecting customer information on your website or in-store, you’re behind the times and need to start doing so now.
I work primarily with attorneys. Working in this place we have to follow some rules and the number of customers is usually much less than in a pizza place. In this low-volume dilemma, we can take a manual approach and identify our happiest customers and china whatsapp data contact them through that process. Make a list: We start by shortlisting our most satisfied customers. We then prioritized those who had a Gmail account.
Reach out by phone: I don’t know why digital marketers fear phone calls, but we’ve had a lot of success calling previous clients. We had a key contact with the business who had worked with them before the call and asked how the service they had received was. The caller told them they had the right to ask and that their overall job performance depended in part on customer feedback. They said they would send a follow-up email if the customer agreed.
